Antony Costa, Gaz Choudhry, Ginger Johnson, Katie McGlynn and Uma Jammeh have their cooking capabilities pushed even further as chef Karan Gokani, creative director of Hoppers restaurants, teaches them how to deliver one of his technically challenging recipes.
