An art dealer is gunned down at his gallery and Castle discovers one of the bullets is missing from the crime scene. The case is complicated by the revelation that an amnesiac witnessed the killing and cannot remember what he saw - but when the man is linked to the murder weapon, the author is determined to find proof he is the killer before putting him behind bars.
