Documentary commissioned for the cultural festival accompanying the Commonwealth Games, in which Virginia Heath uses footage from the National Library of Scotland and the Scottish Screen Archive to explore themes of love, loss, resistance, migration, work and play. The film is set to a soundtrack composed by King Creosote, aka Fife singer-songwriter Kenny Anderson
