Crews are mobilised to a large building fire in Glasgow city centre, with concerns that people are trapped inside. As fire and rescue battle the blaze, Stewart of the Paramedic Response Unit endures heavy rain and prepares to treat casualties. Meanwhile, Ayr-based crew Sophie and Shelby treat a man who has been drinking alcohol and has sustained a concerning head injury, but is adamant he doesn't want to go to hospital.
