Neven Maguire visits Glenarm Castle in Ballymena where he wanders around the gardens with estate manager Adrian Morrow, and also sees their famous shorthorn beef cows. He also takes a trip to Morelli's ice cream shop in Portrush, where he samples some of their award winning flavours. Neven's own recipe is vanilla and hazelnut no-churn ice cream with poached pears and chocolate sauce
