As a young boy, Willy Wonka inherits a love of chocolate from his mother. When she dies, Willy pursues his dream of opening a chocolate shop in the arcade where confectionery titans Slugworth, Fickelgruber and Prodnose have boutiques. The three entrepreneurs secretly bribe the Chief of Police to thwart Willy's ambitions.
