The quarter-final sees the teams heading to the literary town of Hay-on-Wye in Wales, where they work in pairs to transform two high street shops. One sells guitars, the other arts and crafts, and the aim of the designers is to improve layout and visual merchandising to entice more customers. Alan follows their progress, while Michelle Ogundehin is joined by retail expert Ross Bailey to assess the final results
