In the final programme before a break, Dougie Vipond and the team are at Ingliston Showground on the outskirts of Edinburgh for this year's Royal Highland Show, which showcases the very best of Scottish farming. Dougie gets a ringside view of the beef cattle competitions, Rosie Morton meets the goats competing for the Queen's Cup, and Arlene Stuart chats with a special US visitor about his life's work with heavy horses. Meanwhile, Anne Lundon is in the sheep rings following a top breeder, Shahbaz Majeed get's a beginner's guide as he visits for the first time and Cammy Wilson joins the annual Grand Parade to celebrate the best livestock in the land
