Ian Hamilton and his guide dog Major visit Alloa, which sits on the River Forth and was famous for brewing and glassmaking. He takes on a judo champion, visits a successful business on the high street, and hears about some dramatic paranormal events in the area. He and the crew also get the opportunity to try some handmade tablet, and Ian grabs the chance to take part in a tasting at Alloa's last brewery
