The BMW PGA Championship. Coverage of day one of the tournament, which takes place at Wentworth Club in Virginia Water, Surrey. The last two events have been decided by play-offs with Sweden's Alex Noren coming out on top last year against Adrien Saddier and Billy Horschel beating Rory McIlroy and Thriston Lawrence in 2024. Noren claimed his 12th European Tour title here 12 months ago as he completed a great couple of weeks that also saw him win the Betfred British Masters in late August
