An expert takes a contract from the CIA to test a maximum security prison by trying to break out of it, but he soon discovers he has been duped and that his captors intend him to stay inside for ever. He hatches a plan to escape, but to succeed he will need the help of a long-term convict - who wants his own freedom in return for assistance.
