Jeanette Kwakye presents further live coverage of day one of the 25th staging of the Games, as more medals are decided in Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo in Italy. Team GB's mixed doubles curling team of Bruce Mouat and Jennifer Dodds face the USA's 2023 world champions Korey Dropkin and Cory Thiesse in their latest round robin match at Cortina Curling Olympic Stadium. Elsewhere, the women's 3,000m speed skating event takes place at Milano Speed Skating Stadium, with sensation Irene Schouten of the Netherlands, who won three gold medals at the 2022 Games, expected to be in contention. Plus, Sweden face Italy and USA take on Finland in the women's ice hockey at Milano Santagiulia Ice Hockey Arena and Milano Rho Ice Hockey Arena respectively
