Chief Fire Officer Boyce has other ideas as he puts his rigorous fitness routine into action. / Sarah is excited to shadow Sergeant Rose Ravani… until she’s stuck filing maps. But when Gareth gets lost, Sarah learns how important sergeants are. / Bronwyn takes Sarah and Nipper the dog out on a walk along the cliffs to tire out Nipper but trouble strikes when Sarah falls on a rock and hurts her leg. / James hopes his dad’s massive binoculars will help spot a rare seal, but they cause him to topple overboard, instead! / During a community litter pick, the children chase after a seagull who’s stolen Lily’s toy, and end up in need of a helicopter rescue on the islands!
