Crime drama focusing on Cuban exile, CIA operative and general manager of the Hotel Mutiny Roman Compte, a glamorous character at the epicentre of the late '70s and early '80s Miami cocaine scene. Roman is forced by the DEA to spy on his estranged older brother, Nestor, the city's biggest importer of cocaine.
