Gregor Macleod explores some of the myths surrounding marmalade, finds out about some of its famous fans over the centuries and speak to those who still make and love it today. In Seville, he visits an organic orange grove where he helps with the harvest. In Dundee, he explores the history of the Keillor family and their long association with marmalade, and visits the nearby Mackays factory where marmalade is still made to this day. Back home on Lewis, he makes two marmalades to enter into the World Marmalade Awards in Penrith
