Neven Maguire's first stop is Raby Castle in the County Durham countryside, where he takes a guided tour and stops by the 'Great Kitchen' to meet estate chef Tom Parry and taste some venison. He then travels back to Newcastle for a tour of the area known as 'Grainger Town', before visiting Fenwick department store, which is famous for its food hall
