Derek Brockway is in Ceredigion for an edition that celebrates the work done by projects and charities in Wales that are supported by BBC Children in Need. He starts out in Lampeter, home of the first university institution in Wales and the birthplace of Welsh rugby, ending six miles later in Longwood. Along the way, he visits an ancient hill fort, learns how to identify bird song, enjoys a picnic hosted by Pudsey bear and meets a family being supported by the Childhood Cancer Eye Trust
