Police co-ordinate fire, ambulance and mountain rescue teams to attend a vehicle crash in the remote location of Abersoch, while a woman needs to be winched into a helicopter after slipping at the top of a waterfall and plummeting 80ft onto rocks at the bottom. Volunteers attending an annual race day in the Ogwen valley get a call for help, but it isn't quite what they were expecting
