Stephanie Smothers, a widowed single mother who runs a crafts and recipes vlog, becomes friends with Emily Nelson, a public relations director for a fashion company. Emily has a work crisis and asks Stephanie to babysit her son, but later goes missing amid suggestions from colleagues she has jetted off to Miami. Feeling perplexed, Stephanie attempts to get to the bottom of her friend's mysterious actions.
