The finalists jet off to the Caribbean where they are set three challenges designed to broaden their culinary horizons like never before. For starters, they prepare a barbecue feast for locals, before having a shot at local fine dining at the Estate house within the five-star Jumby Bay Island Resort, with each of them preparing a dish from the dinner menu. They finish off with another task at Jumby Bay - working as private chefs for a VIP dinner, where guests include cricketing legend Viv Richards
