The celebrities have reached the first quarter-final, knowing only three of them can win a place in the semis. The first hurdle is a new challenge in which they have to work in teams to serve up a three-course meal in just 90 minutes. On the menu this evening is mackerel scotch egg, roast chicken with fondant potatoes, leeks and a chicken jus, with sticky toffee pudding to round things off. Can the celebrities teams work in perfect harmony, or will the pressure get to them and cause a clash? But there's more, as chef and author Seema Pankhania challenges the contestants to recreate one of here recipes, each of which is inspired by her travels
