Davina McCall presents this show in which 12 singles are paired up after a speed dating event, married and sent to spend their honeymoons on remote tropical beaches, to see if love can thrive away from the distractions of modern living. Alone in this tropical paradise, they have all the time to get to know each other better - but if things really aren't working out, they have the option of calling time by sending up a flare. The first three couples begin their stranded lives together - but for one pair, a blast from the past threatens to sink their ship
