Sean Fletcher and Adam Henson are in Lisburn, Northern Ireland, for the 157th Balmoral Show, the region's largest agricultural and food event, welcoming more than 100,000 visitors each year. Adam explores heritage crafts that the community are determined to preserve and joins families showing their prize livestock, while Sean is in charge of the stopwatch at the Tractor handling competition
