Writer and comedian Michael Palin takes a train ride from Derry to Kerry, trying to dispel a few myths about Irish rail travel and learn about the emigrants who left for America during the famines of the 1840s. He climbs aboard the so-called peace train, operated jointly by Northern Ireland Railways and Irish Rail, a service which has come to symbolise cross-border co-operation
