Derek Brockway fires the starting cannon at the Beaumaris Regatta on Anglesey as he begins a 14-mile trek to Red Wharf Bay, taking in the town's heavily fortified castle before heading onto the Welsh Coast Path. Derek visits the hamlet of Penmon, later heading to the photogenic Black Nose lighthouse with views over Puffin Island
