Derek Brockway goes rambling at opposite ends of the country. First he goes around Cardiff Bay the Scandinavian way as he tries out a spot of Nordic walking - which involves using two poles - instructed by fellow TV presenter Frances Donovan. He then joins the Corris Buggywalkers, an active group of mums who push their babies and toddlers in prams around a peaceful and secluded valley that throws up a few clues about its past as the location of a slate mine
