Shiv's interview prep is interrupted by Tom's family meeting. Proceedings take a turn when Shiv accidentally discloses Tom's secret and Bernie makes a seismic confession. When Tom tells Ant to engage his boss on the sale, Bernie accuses Ant of betrayal. Caroline accompanies Shiv to her interview but a chance meeting with Jack and his baby derails Caroline, who finally reveals she's pregnant. Shiv's shocked to find Kristen on the interview panel; it's a disaster. Alex has an exciting proposition for Shiv. Maybe he can help her escape the chaos?
