The interceptors take on scammers posing as the National Crime Agency, who scare their targets into buying gift cards to prove their identities in a complex set of lies telling them they will be arrested if they don't comply. With the scam hub team having no luck contacting a man who is being targeted on the phone, the ground interceptors are dispatched to his address in a huge block of flats
