The MiniWhats find a piece of paper that the wind has blown in. At first, they think it's a riddle, but upon further inspection, it's a shopping list. Meanwhile, Pamela is sheltering from the wind in a tent Ollie drew for her, but the tent flies away with Pamela inside! In order to find her, they will need to face the Weatherman, who doesn't have the best intentions...
