Philli Armitage-Mattin is back to challenge the next four contestants' skills, asking them to re-create two of her recipes - chicken wings stuffed with a Thai-flavoured pork mince, together with a soy caramel sauce, and Japanese soufflé pancakes with sake-poached plums. The chefs then serve up their signature dish, after which Marcus Waring, Monica Galetti and Matt Tebbutt decide who deserves to go through to the quarter-final
