The Rt Rev Monsignor Canon Harkness leads the First Mass of the Nativity with carols, readings and the traditional blessing of the crib, from the Roman Catholic church of Our Lady of the Assumption and the English Martyrs, Cambridge. The church choir and chamber orchestra perform Mozart's Coronation Mass and the spine-tingling Christmas motet, O Magnum Mysterium, by Francis Poulenc.
