Alan Titchmarsh and his expert team of architects, builders and gardeners transform a house and garden in Eltham in south east London for the Seesurrun family. 9-year-old Aryan has cerebral palsy, and the current layout of their home makes it difficult for his parents to care for him, so Alan and the team set to work to make the home and garden more comfortable for the family and their needs
