Host Barra Ó hÉineacháin explores Galway. He firstly heads to Salthill where he meets his friend, Barry. After a quick plunge into the sea, they head off to meet friends Áine and Máire to embark on a cycle around the city - with a difference. Barra then explores Inis Mór, meeting Máirtín Seoighe who brings him to the world famous Wormhole and then into the sea for a glimpse at some grey seals
