The experts restore items in Ayrshire on Scotland's west coast. Dominic Chinea and Will Kirk visit the Scottish Boat Building School in Irvine, North Ayrshire, to restore a three-piece canoe designed in the 1930s. Will also calls in to Barr Castle in Galston, East Ayrshire, to repair a window pane with a hand inscription by Robert Burns. Chris Shaw repairs a hand-written Gaelic pipe music book and Dominic joins a Perth-based family business whose handmade sporrans are the perfect accessory to Scotland's famous kilts
