Coverage of the concert from the Empire Pool, Wembley, first broadcast in November 1977, which famously saw Elton announcing his retirement from live touring. Using extra footage from the BBC archive, this longer version of the show is being screened for the first time, restoring performances of songs like Bennie and the Jets, Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me and Don't Go Breaking My Heart. This new extended version also sees Elton joined onstage by fellow music legend Stevie Wonder for a rare guest appearance
