They Bikers explore Merseyside and The Wirral, dropping in at a forward-thinking farm, a Chinese institution, San's Café at Liverpool's docks, Chris's Chippy and The Seafood Shack in the Wirral. They cook dishes including a traditional egg foo yung, and with the pork from their farm visit they add a porky twist, plus their own take on Chris' salt and pepper chips
