Six young Welsh party reps head to Zante to run the strip's first ever Welsh bar. However, this is no holiday - they'll be working shifts, creating wild Welsh-themed events, and battling to bring in the punters. Running the show is Ameer, the Boss of the Bar, who sets the challenges, stirs the drama, and decides who stays and who gets the sack. With tension, romance, chaos and carnage, the pressure is always on. In the end, only one will be crowned 'Top Rep' and walk away with £5,000
