To celebrate his 60th birthday Gareth 'Gaz Top' Jones continues his 60km swim from south to north Wales across lakes, rivers, and reservoirs. During the last week of the challenge, wild swimmer Caris Bowen supports Gareth as he travels across north Wales before finishing his quest by swimming down the River Conwy. But after three weeks of swimming, will Gaz have enough energy to succeed?
