While playing at World Aircraft, the Super Pets accidentally damage a new satellite dish. Before Storm can fix it, Jett is called on a mission and warned he won't be able to call in for help until the dish is fixed. Jett delivers a robot puppy (Happy) to a little girl named Lien in Singapore. Happy has amazing abilities but Lien wanted a real puppy, not a robot. While out playing catch, however, she quickly sees how cool Happy is when another dog gets carried away by a kite. With Jett in a tangle too, and unable to call World Aircraft for help, Happy leaps into action and shows Lien he's the super pup of her dreams!
