A head-on collision at rush hour brings the M66 to a standstill, and patrollers Martin and Gavin have to get the thousands of people stuck in the queue off the motorway. When a swan goes walkabout on the central reservation, patrollers Victoria and Darren are urgently sent to prevent the bird from causing a serious accident - but the swan isn't keen to move on
