Carter gets a lead in her search for Root and Finch when she goes through the files of a 14-year old called Hanna, who walked out of a Texas library in 1991 and was never seen again. She heads to the Lone Star State with Reese and when they steal some information from the local sheriff the trail takes them back to the library and possibly a clue hidden within its shelves. Meanwhile, Root is using some very advanced interrogation techniques to try to find the location of the Machine. Guest starring Loudon Wainwright III
