Ben Fogle takes the contestants to Laos, where local people must fish the widest rapids in the world around the Khone Falls, fed by the Mekong River. The contestants must catch fish using traditional bamboo poles and lines, cast netting from small wooden boats and use their Western methods and equipment to discover how many different species of fish can be found in the river
