In south London, Nick Knowles and the team step in to help a group of siblings grieving the recent loss of their mother. Eldest siblings Somer and Samuel have taken on the enormous responsibility of being surrogate parents, doing everything they can to hold the family together. However, with five siblings squeezed into a cramped three-bedroom house, the pressure is overwhelming. To make matters harder, the youngest, Seth, who is both blind and autistic, requires a safe and supportive environment for his additional needs
