Documentary following the work of the Homelessness Team at Gwynedd Council. Shan's home is unfit for habitation, so the homelessness team must urgently find somewhere better for her and her daughter. Ioan has been sleeping in his van for a year and Helmuts has been in emergency accommodation for two years. Will the officers be able to help them find better accommodation?
