Fact-based drama about pollution, criminal convictions and corporate wealth, exposing how England's water companies have polluted natural resources for so long. It follows the story of retired detective Ash Smith and Oxford professor Peter Hammond who, when they notice the water in their local river has turned brown, begin to ask questions, leading to the start of a 10-year investigation.
