Scotland's Robert MacIntyre claimed his first ever PGA Tour win at this event last year, as he finished a stroke ahead of American Ben Griffin to win the tournament with a score of 16-under-par. He became the first Scottish golfer to win this event since Macdonald Smith succeeded in 1926
