Jeremy Clarkson hosts a quiz in which six hopefuls compete for £1,000,000, with only one player at a time able to take a place in the Hot Seat and answer multiple-choice questions to work the way up the Money Ladder. Each question is against the clock and if a player gets one wrong they are eliminated, the Top Prize drops down, and the next player takes their place
