The aspiring chefs are put through their paces by Gordon Ramsay at his London restaurant as it celebrates 21 years of holding three Michelin stars. Ramsay demonstrates the restaurant's classic dishes before the hopefuls serve them to two of the chef's former colleagues, Clare Smyth and Paul Ainsworth, and his old mentor Pierre Koffman. Can the contestants hold their nerve or will the pressure to deliver be too intense?
