A frantic 999 caller reports witnessing an XL bully dog attack. Crews are immediately dispatched - but the animal is still on the loose. Advanced paramedic Dave discovers two injured people on the scene. The first has been bitten on the face, while her mother is a second casualty. Dave does his best to reassure the youngster, who is petrified about what has happened to her parent. In control, with a new 999 call being answered every 13 seconds, dispatcher Liam despairs struggles to organise help for a patient with colon cancer who has been waiting for nine hours.
