The semi-finals conclude with five contenders left in the competition. Making the leap to the final stages is no mean feat as the next brief pushes the amateurs to their culinary limit, cooking a dish that celebrates an ingredient they cannot stand. Their chosen ingredients include offal, bananas and liquorice and they need to pull something extraordinary out of the bag as only four will progress.
